Need critique

Here is a computer system that vaderpro helped me to make. It is supposed to be used for mainly playing top of the line games such as Everquest II, World of Warcraft, Doom 3 etc. What do you guys think? If there is anything that could be improved, please tell me below. This is from monarch computers.

Looks good. Maybe SLI board? Other that that. Looks good, but not exact parts i would buy for $1300. BUt okay.

yea i would maybe go for a better cpu, maybe overclock it? u could also try sli with two 6600 gts. just a thought though.

No. We've covered this. One 6800GT does better then two 6600GT's. So just get a 6800GT and save for if you want another.

Is a AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 1GHz FSB Socket 939 Processor a better cpu?

I mean that you could get somthing like a 3400, or 3700, or if you have the money go with the fx series. Im not saying its bad, just there are somethings better

I spotted this cruising newegg today.....Im not sure about these systems, but looks ok with a better processor. Maybe you can e-mail them to find out what mboard they use, what brand of 6600gt they use, and what brand of PSU and hard drive they use. They could be junk, cause they dont list the specifics....maybe someone else has purchased or knows about these systems.....just another option possibly...Monarch u will know for sure what you are getting.


As well, on that system i put together, try to get a dvd read drive instead of the cd drive i put down...dvd drives will do both dvds and cds...
