hey guys.i have a prob.my cpu is default is 133 mhz but when ever i clock it over 143,the system will boot normally to windows and when i on any program,it will just reboot.nothing wrong with the temps.cpu43,system37.is the problem related to the ram settings in bios??i have change my settings for latency and so on.everything is fine.the dram clock is set to auto.should i set it to 133 instead??AND one more thing.there is a cpu jumperon my which is locked.shuld i unlock it?
