NB heatsink isn't even warm...

??? What gives? Tried a LinX run @ 3.9g last night.. the NB was at 13x and 1.37v...

BSOD...

But still... I've got a 120 fan pointed at the NB heatsink and it's not even warm.. Replace thermal material???

are you check with speedfan?
what's your fan temp?
