i know this is a n00b question but i have a nvidia vanta LT which is a crappy card and has 16mb or video ram.... can i oc it to play condition zero a little better? and possibly play san andreas.. i dont know if san andreas is possible cause i got a 733mhz cpu that i can't oc cause it is a gateway...

if it already plays condition zero then you could overclock and boost performance but don't expect a dazzling increase. sorry you don't have a chance of playing san andreas i think
ok well my case has no colling wut so ever no fans cause im waiting for a package from someone here that i haven't got in like a month.... and the card his no fans and i dont think it has a heatsink but how do i oc it a little so it runs condition zero a little better? and how do i test to see if it is stable after?
