Are my temps good enough to overclock?

First my specs:

P4 2.6 ghz
ASUS P4P800-D 800 mhz FSB
dual channel 1024 3200 kingston DDR (2 DIMM)
PNY Geforce FX 5900 128 DDR
SB Audigy 2 OEM
WD Raptor 10,000 rpm 32 gig
Praetorian Coolermaster Aluminum Case

FANS/CONTROLLERS:
Vantec Vortex Harddrive Cooler
Cooler Master Aerogate II fan controller
2 front intake (delta and thermaltake)
2 rear outtake (delta and case blower directly below my geforce)
1 top outtake (sunon)
Vantec DDR heatspreaders

Minimal load:
Case temp: 20-22 deg C
CPU: 28-32 deg C
HD: 20 deg C

Max Load:
Case temp: 30-32 deg C
CPU: 38-41 deg C
HD: 24-27 deg C

I've never overclocked, but do you think these temps give me enough room to do so?
Opinions? Thoughts?

if you never overlocked before read everything that come and understand that you migth spend alot of time doing it
and if you want to be involve and learn you migth come across some bad advices
if you can wait in no time cpus are gonna drop the prices
there is a lot of hours you need to invest learning
but in the other hand if you never try you'll never know
overlocking its been here for so long that is so common and my sugestion is learn
write down every change you make and go slow
for the looks of your set up kind of matchs my friends and when he did 20% it went well but when he reached 30% his comp froze
here's what he sent
"I have run it days on end at 3.36 gig (%20) (temps only at 33-34 degrees)with no problems, but when I got to %30 it wont reboot. I would like to see if I can get it to go between the 2 safely.
I know you'll see my ram specs and say there you go but I believe I can still go further with it then 3.36 gig
Besides the Power supply fan and the cpu fan I have three cooling fans mounted and the system runs very cool. IMO

yea and when u OC, ur gonna want to get a better cooling system. But i mean most overclockers use watercooling... so just keep that in the back of your mind before you do anything.
