oh yes, hell yeah you will be fine, but if you hadnt bought it yet i was just gonna suggest... it seems to be the best choice for this pricerange

LoL thanks for the explosive enthusiasm Leo. Im just going to go with this. One of my friends who is a computer builder suggested that this would be ample enough strength, but I was looking for more opinions thnks guys for all the help

that far beyond and exceeds normal gaming should be able to play the high end games with no problems as well..

feel like im whoring myself out for post counts in here... shoulda pm'ed most of this i guess muhammud... but glad you could get a second opinion, and i suggest you stick around with us, its a fun forum and filled with (mostly) nice people...

Get two sticks of 512mb, it will have a 50% bandwith increase (better for gaming).
