Default Is my system good enough for above average gaming?

I was just wondering if my system could handle above average gaming?

Here my specs:

Athlon 64 Sledgehamer 3500 cpu
MSI Neo motherboard
Mushkin 1GB memory
Logitech keyboard and optical mouse
8x DVD burner
200GB Seagate hard drive
GeForce 6800 STANDARD
Windows XP Home Edition
17LCD with DVI plug
Thermaltake-Black Xaser V Damier Full-Tower Case with 430W Power Supply

If not any suggestions? Or just suggestions in general.

I would apreciate it

You really might want to think about the 6800 GT like leo said though, if you think it's worth the extra money. Its your choice, either way it'll own.
