My ram, need to know

I want to know if my ram is good( dont know that much about ram, Latency) is the latency good, i bought it 2 years ago i think.

2.5-4-4-8, (x2) 512mb K-byte pc-3200

Not really. Those are extremely loose timings in the middle.

But yeah those timings in the middle are extremely crappy especially for PC3200
