There's my mobo, CPU, RAM, and G-Card. I have a 500W PSU.

I would say all of it is overclockable.

Sweet. One question, though. Since my mobo only handles up to 1066 RAM, can I overclock my 1066 or will that be pointless?

Of course you can overclock the RAM.
