Ok. I just got my new cpu, e4400 2.0ghz lga775, the works. and i'm looking to oc it, but i cannot by any means wreck it. so im maybe looking to push it to like a 2.4-2.6 range, if that would be not intense ocing. all i have is a standard cooling, and really good air flow, and the room is around 70 F normally so its not to bad. so im just looking for someone to walk me thru the basics of ocing. I know how to get into the bios, and that i have to change the clock speeds and the voltages, but im not sure how exactly to like tell when stuff is happening that shouldn't and when to up the voltages and the specifics. So if someone can just give me a quick little tut on how to do it I can find my way around it from there.

Disable the options : EIST(Speedstep) and C1E.
Increase your FSB by 5-10 or 10-15. I think it's at 200MHz right? Is it? What's the multiplier?
Well after that, you run Orthos for about 8 hours or more for the best results.
Then the next day, if your computer is stable at that speed, increase your FSB again and run Orthos.
