Them new ultra X connect PSU's at 500 watts have very good amps for each rail and there around $100

The case I am looking atis by Antec, "Sonata". It has a 380 Watt PSU. According to the Antec site, the 12V rail has a max of 24A. Here's a link:

Would this PSU support a AMD 64 w/after-market HSF...Silent Boost K8), HD (or 2), DVD, CD-RW, and two fans?
