is my CPU running hot?

Hello I have my Q6600 @ 3ghz atm and heres my temps.

Core 1: 60 C 65% Load
Core 2: 55 C 40% Load
Core 3: 51 c 5% Load
Core 4: 52 c 5% load


Seems a little high to me....

Also it says my vid is 1.25 does that change when over clocked or is that what my cpu vid is at even at stock? cause i see that vid chart and im trying to understand it

What's your cpu at 100% load. Seems kind of high to me anyway though.

did you adjust any voltages?

are you running stock cooler?

did you not use thermal compound?

if yes to any of those questions, that that's your reason for it running hot lol

that is running quite hot. i wouldn't really expect much above 50 degrees C at 100% load.

my q6600 at 2.4ghz runs like this, is this hot? not sure what i can do, its already got the Artic cooler 7. Also should the fins on my CPU be cool to the touch? i can rest my hand on the top of my ac7 for as long as i want.....doesn't feel warm at all
