Default MX-2 or TX-2 thermal paste?

Hey guys,

I'm ordering a Q9550 right now and I have a Tuniq cooler on my 780i. I have some Arctic Silver 5 paste, but I don't want to wait to prime it and in another thread someone said the MX-2 and TX-2 are the best. So which should I pick? The TX is a Tuniq paste so would that be best? Thanks a bunch!

IIRC there is no performance different between tx-2 and mx-2, one is just cheaper.

So calling it better is not a good way of putting it. I don't buy it simply because newegg is basically the only place to get it, and after what they charge you in shipping I can buy 2 tubes of mx-2 locally from petras...

Thats small enough to be readily attributed to differences in mounting.
