MSI mobo question

i just looked at my bios and i was gonna change the multiplier and the highest i can go up to is 11. Is that normal for my multiplier to be set at the highest right out of the box?

The multiplier on AMD Athlon 64 systems are allways locked, the only ones that are unlocked are the FX processors. They can go up or down, while the others can only stay stock and go lower.
