MSI Afterburner not applying OC at startup...

I changed the ULPS settings in my registry, and I've clicked all the appropriate flags in Afterburner, but it will not apply the overclock at Windows startup. It runs, the custom fan control kicks in, but the GPUs run at stock levels. It's only a matter of going in, selecting the profile, and clicking apply, and that gets things where they should be, but it would be nice not to have to do this every time I boot the computer.

I even went into the cfg file, and changed the values that seemed appropriate, but no dice.

Any suggestions?
