Default moving while on?

ok, for a casemod, i am going to have 4 rackmount computers in a box. this box is going to be tilting. the harddrives will be in a non moving part. can the motherboard/all the stuff on it tilt while on without it being affected?

It will be fine as long as you are sensible with what forces you are putting on boards from the weight of heatsinks. However this won't be a problem if you are using a small u because they are so restrictive anyway.
