mouse mods?

sorry funny question but does anyone here modify mice and if so what are they and post some pics... i was thinking of extending one of my cheap mouses about 2 inches on the right side so that my ring and pink fingers dont hurt during EXTENDED cod2 gaming

i tried searching but didnt really find anything
