Motherboard Case conflict

I'm working on putting a pc together, but I haven't bought all the parts yet. I've been looking at an Asus A7N8X. Maybe it's ignorance or not enough browsing, but I can't find a case that matches the back panel. Is there some way to make the panel match or does the case I have to buy be exact. The thing that is different most the time is the Audio/USB, although they are all ATX form.

The back panel on the case is a knock out. Meaning it can be removed. Your motherboard will come with an adapter plate that will fit the case and the motherboard.
