on AMD socket 754, 939 and 940 boards, you overclock RAM by increasing the HTT speed in BIOS

the HTT speed is the communication speed between CPU and RAM.
by increasing the HTT speed, you overclock your CPU aswell

with that RAM, motherboard and CPU combination, you can probabbly get up to around 300MHZ HTT speed (stock speed is 200MHZ)

more info on overclocking AMD K8 CPU's: http://www.techist.com/showthread.php?threadid=59883
