Monitoring/ OC software

What programs do most of you guys use to monitor your temps?
Also for OCing what program do you guys use ?

I use real temp to monitor my cpu temps. As for overclocking stick to the BIOS for the cpu, with the video card you have to use applications to OC it, and there are many to choose from, Rivatuner, ATItool, etc.
