well I got the window hole cut out last night. Here is a picture

no it will not stay white, that is just the color it came in, I took a *mouse* craftsman sander and took it donw to almost bare metal, not I trying to decide on a color. I think instead of making a plexiglass window I will make a plexiglass door with hinges.

Sorry But I am not sure what you mean by box cases, like the portable LAN ones, cause this is just some old computer I got from a garage sale. it isnt just a side panel that comes off, it is the top and both sides, all one piece.

You can do round cuts with a cutting wheel..

No I cant, you try to turn it slightly and it binds up and the wheel disinegrates.

well anyway, I used the rotozip bit in the dremel and cut this 80mm fan hole in the front bezel.

if u turn the wheel sideways, and are good with it, and a steady hand, you can do it
