DFI is great for oc'ing...
i'm having good luck w/ my MSI board, very user friendly.
I've heard otherwise about DFI, though it may perform alittle better.

thx, i RMA'ed my Gigabyte and got the DFI.

and yea, i am planning on OC'ing.
