I'm pretty sure that the "mini" fridges work off peltier, http://www.mobilegas.co.uk/mobilecoo...dges/index.htm although the larger mini fridges do work off Phase change. Although with any of these systems condensation is a problem, yes.

no, no refrigerators run off peltiers, the problem with those is that the heat from the hot side would screw over the ambient air temp wherever it was placed. If you look at a fridge and see what looks like a ton of copper tubing and a compressor then its a phase change unit.

Yea thanks a bunch guys,

Well heres another question while im here.
How much maintenance does liquid cooling need.
How often would I have to go make adjustments to it to keep it working?
Any recommendations on cooling systems?

They require minimal maintenance, the most youll ever do is replace the tubing and liquid about every year
