I'm hoping that somebody can help me clear up a few things. I've got a P4 2.53 on a Asus P4PE mobo with 512mb of Mushkin PC2700. I've tinkered with overclocking the cpu by adjusting the FSB in the bios, which works just fine. When I looked into overclocking memory, the best that I can tell is that it's pretty much tied into the FSB as well. That got me curious. If the FSB on my mobo default is 133, has my 333mhz ram only been running at 266mhz ( 2x fsb)? I know that there are other factors to consider with memory ( cas latency, etc), so I've only succeeded in really confusing myself. Somebody help me!!!!!!

Good call on the CPUid, I had forgot about that. So my next question is how do I get the most out of my memory? I obviously can't up the fsb to 166 unless I want a smoldering hunk of P4. Is it worth fooling around with the memory settings, such as latency, and if so, any tips since I have no friggin idea what they mean.
