Default Memory Overclocking

Which is better? Higher memory timings, or higher FSB

i.e.
420mhz ddr (5-2-2-2)

440mhz ddr (6-2-3-2)

How do you know if your memory clock was stable or not.

if u use sisandra, what do you have to use in the program do see if it's stable?
