Memory crash

I have my CPU overclocked which in turn is overclocking my 1gb of generic memory. Recently, and randomly, a blue screen pops up so quick I can't read all that it says, and then my computer reboots. The only thing I can make out is "Beginning dump of physical memory" or something along those lines. I've also noticed my computer running a tad slower now. Anyone have any idea?

You shuold either downclock, or run a memory divider on your ram.

Try upping the ram voltage by like .05. If that fails then try .1. If that fails then use a divider and finally if that fails downclock a bit.
