is it possible to transfer memory from one drive to another? and if so how can i do it?

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking here....

Are you trying to transfer hard disk capacity between different drives?

Or are you just trying to transfer files between hard drives?

Are you talking about transferring memory from one computer to the other?
If you are talking about physical hard-drives, the answer is no.
