looking for recommendations: heat sink and fan for socket 775

to be more specific this is what I have...

GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 mobo

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz

price range $50-60 or less

does that one attach with the push pins?

...also, would you suggest an aftermarket fan or would i be safe with the stock fan. there will be some modest OCing in the future, nothing crazy though

i've read plenty of good things about that cooler and the price is right

you should beable to hit close to 3.5ghz. the stock fan will be fine. dont know if it attaches with push pins.
