I'm looking to ge the most out of my new setup.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz
MEM: 2x Kingston 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
Video: EVGA 640-P2-N825-AR GeForce 8800GTS SUPERCLOCKED 640MB
PSU: ULTRA X-Connect 500 Watt Modular ATX Power Supply
HD: 3x WD 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drives in a RAID 5
DVD: LITE-ON 20X DVD±R SATA DVD Burner
CASE: Antec P160
FANS: 2x 120mm
I figure I'll just use Asus's AI Suit to do the OC'ing,
right now at idel the CPU runs 36c 1.17v
after running 3dmark06 demo 50c 1.3v
I put AS5 on the CPU but it's about a year old, didn't think it could go bad, but I had to clean it off and re-apply it after the first application.
