looking for new Heat sink/fan

i need a new HS/F badly. my case temps basically run at room temp all the time but my cpu which is a 3000+ oc'd to 3200+ runs 50-60 idle/load sometimes even gets over 60. look at my specs below and if anyone can suggest something that will work well for under 50 dollars (lowest possible) thanks

oh yah we have another issue. there isnt much space between the cpu itself and the PSU. my PSU is massive here is a pic of my mobo http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socketa/a7n8x-e-d/overview.htm# and the psu is probably only a few inches away from the chip itself.

The thermaltake silent boost works very well. It keeps my cpu running cool. I added a ducting mod from thermaltake (5$) and it works very nicely. Its very quiet, or if noise is not an issue and you want to oc, go with a thermaltake hs and get a thermaltake fan seperatly. All under 30 from newegg (for the silent boost).

I agree with AND_YOU_ARE. Thermaltake makes awsome heatsinks. I have one on an athlon 64 3500+ and my temp idle is around 38-40 and full load is 52-55. go with thermaltake.
