locked or unlocked

i get a 2600xp Thoroughbred, ive overclocked to 2700 speed well thats what my bios picks it up as that. i can change the multiplier up to bout 12.5x and belowabove that i cant, but i can lower it, as i have dun for 205fsb and 11x was just wondering howi could tell if it was locked or unlocked, i no its after a certain week they are locked but i dunno what week and how to find out?

all i wanted to know was how do i check what week my cpu was made and from which week are they all multiplier locked?
