Default Liquid cooling questions?

I want a full liquid cooling system for the rear fan and CPU heatsink/fan. I can't seem to find any that will fit the AM2+ socket that the Phenom has, it may just be because I was never a hotshot with CPU sockets but just wondering if anyone knows if there is one available. Ordered most of the parts for the PC and it's gonna be running 4x SATA HD's, 4x 2GB sticks of RAM, and SLi 9600GT graphics cards so I'd prefer if it was very cool. I've never really dealt with liquid cooling system much, but I would prefer if there was the rear fan + cpu cooler in one, but if there's a efficient way I can get them separate and not take up so a lot of space in the case and keep the whole comp system cool, it'd be nice.

Thanks. =)
