Default Laptop Overclock?

Let me start out by saying that I'm completely new to overclocking. What I'd like to know is if I can overclock my new laptop, and if so, how would I do it?

Here's the laptop:

Newegg.com - ASUS M51 Series M51Sn-X2 NoteBook Intel Core 2 Duo T8300(2.40GHz) 15.4" Wide XGA 4GB Memory DDR2 667 250GB HDD 5400rpm DVD Super Multi NVIDIA GeForce 9500M GS - Laptops / Notebooks

Thanks in advance, let me know if I need to provide any more information.

You can but I wouldnt reccomend it, laptops barely handle the heat output of the processors at stock speeds let alone overclocked. If you still want to know how to overclock it read the stickied guide.

not a good idea...

laptops and overclocking are nigh upon mutually exclusive...
