Default Kind of a newb question

I was wondering, when you overclock things such as the graphics card, or processor. Is there still a significant amount of hardware damage that can happen? Even though temperatures are fairly low?

I just wanted to check this out because I have my graphics card overclocked to the max, but its load temps don't even exceed 45c and I have my CPU pushed pretty far as well, but its load temps don't go much higher than 55c, and it's even rare for it to hit that high.

Edit: I also run all my parts under the max volts. So nothing really has any over voltage.

by max voltage you mean stock??? Just don't add too much vcore and you'll be fine. Voltage and heat kill.

You should be safe then. Usually anything under 1.55-1.6v on the cpu is still safe.
