Actually, it isn't PQI. It's PQA.
Google doesn't give much info on them. But they're 1.8V stock, at DDR2-1066
stock timings aren't great. But then again, they are at PC8500 speeds, and only 1.8V
If you increase them to 2.2V and use a divider to run them at DDR2-800, they should give you good timings, as well as good headroom for overclocking.
 
it also means that your ddr2 800 is running at 325mhz (ddr2 650), so you can either leave it, raise the cpu clock, raise the ram speed (if possible), run really tight timings, or run at 1T (and maybe a combination of the above).
good or bad depends on what is more important to you.
