K6 2 400mhz upgrade

I have a old k6 2 400mhz I am trying to get up and runnin I am just wondering what is the fastest cpu I could upgrade it to. I do not what brand/model the motherbroard is and if I can not upgrade to atleast 550mhz it is not worth it. I just need to fastest cpu I could upgrade this k6 2 400mhz to.

i have a k6-2 550mhz here, look for one at computer markets, they only go to 550 i think, if not get new cpu, ram, mobo and have a fresh start!

Use CPU-Z, which will tell you your make and model of your motherboard. http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
Then i might be able to determine the CPU limits of the motherboard!
