Areas have been slightly sanded to get rid of deep scratches.
Will be picking up a powered orbital sander in the coming week to sand down both panels.

Mesh is only taped up to show how it will look.

Will be getting u channel tomorrow to tidy up my cuts, which weren't half bad...

I would have gone with a different shape than a square... kinda boring

Should be pretty sweet once I get them mounted. Aside from that, got the rear panel repainted to matte black. And Petras is going to be dropping off my new toys in about 2 hours

Well, it cut through that 2mil steel side panel pretty readily.

Took about a dozen cutting discs in the end but the cut is pretty darn clean.

Once I throw some u-channel on it, it should look darn near perfect.

Also need to pick up a carp-load more cans of the matte black paint. I've already gone through about 2 and a half and All I've painted are the front panel, motherboard back panel, and the psu mount plate...

So I think I'm going to need another 5 or so cans.

Looks pretty sharp. And yes I know the darn beige hdd box is cheesy, but I didn't feel like tearing my dvd drive for a picture.
