Water cooling on it's own is a solid 5 lb's easy.

haha very true, it was my regular set while i was in football.. oh how i miss the days...

3 sets of 165, 1 set of 185, then 1 last set of just 2 reps of 205... very tiring day for being a man of only 140lbs at the time

anyway back on topic... we want more pics!
