Whenever I change the multiplier the option to disable intel speed step diassapears, I got it at 3.75Ghz but COD4 would blue screen, down to 3.25 now and all seems well.

I've disabled mine several times now and it never actually does it. Still goes down to 6x even when disabled. Doesn't bother me much though.
