Default installing a side panel fan

is it possible to install a side panel fan if you don't have one? can you do it in the window?? And how the hang do you do it?

My only question is these case fans (i think they're for side panels) Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more! are all 140mm. I can't find grills of the same size.

then just nab a 120 and a 120mm grill. and their aren't like side panel specific fans, its just fans.

or it may be 80mm....probably 90 though.
