If you thought the delta focus flow fans were powerful just look at this (watch the video aswell):

I have heard about people trying to power thoes of theire motherboard, and frying their motherboard lol.

that's just ridiculously loud. i cant imagine many environments where their use could be practical

the focus flow fans are louder and don't move as much air. I did actually see a mod by one guy that got a large sheet of plywood and mounted around 20 focus flow fans in the board and built his computer on top it was a hover computer very cool.

Be great for flight simulators when flying a propellor plane you just pump up the fans too full power and its is like flying the real thing

An airport would be one. Now I can make a hovercraft, with a bunch of these.

I saw this one mod, where the guy took the motor from a hard drive, and mounted a 120mm fan blade on it. 7200rpms!

can you find a link? i got a couple extra 120's and some hdd's....i think it would be pretty awesome

how do you think it was done? I want to try it, my friend is all about airflow, so yea. we got the tools, so we can probably do

fan would be probably the one that comes with the scythe ninja (its not as big as in the photos...i thought there would be 40 fins, but there like 20 something, cant remember, but its smaller than a 120 height/width wise)
