increasing cpu voltage

How do I increaes my voltage for my cpu? I know how to change to speed, I have gotten my 2.8G to a little over 3.0, but I am sure to to increase that further and make it stable, I will need to increase the voltage. In the BIOS I see a screen that shows the voltages, but I dont know how to change it. Any settings screen dont show anything about changing the voltages. Any advice?

try going into an "advance settings" feature, at least thats what it is in my bios...
