Default I'd like info on overclocking!

Is there a page or a website that could give me information on the step by step process of overclocking, if you look below you should see my computer info.thank you

Overclocking is easy, it involves your multiplier, ram, clock and voltages

Press Del to go into your bios.
In voltages & stuff raise your CPU up a notch as well as your ram (in a different menu)

Raise your FSB 10 cycles for the start (the default is 200) also make sure to change the settings to manual overclocking

This is a start to overclocking
