temps from real temp range from 72-77 max
temps from hw monitor and E-Leet were the same and was about 3 degrees lower than realtemp. what can i change to go lower temps / higher clocks?

You shouldn't need 1.4v of VCore, 1.325v should be plently at 4GHz.

The CPU PLL VCore should be left at 1.8v, if any adjust is to be made try lowering it to 1.775v

You have the CPU Uncore Frequency set at 17X? This should be at 16X or Auto with your present settings.

I recommend setting your PCI-E Frequency to 101. If you have stability issues when you try to increase your OC more, then you should try increasing your PCI-E Frequency between 101 - 106.

HT or Hyper-Threading sounds cool and in the future it may prove to be useful. But at the present moment it's not really serving any useful purpose. You should be able to Disable HT which will reduce your Temps slightly and then increase your OC.

Overall I can't help but think your watercooling loop is setup improperly. Your Temps should be much cooler than my Air setup, but there not.

i was also thinking maybe i did not setup my watercooling right. not sure what it could be. could it be that the thermal paste application is not even thickness on the cpu? what about my loop order? right now i got it to: reservoir feeding pump to cpu then vreg to nb/sb then radiator back to reservoir.
temp of reservoir is 24 degrees celcius.
slay im gonna make those BIOS changes and see what happens

With watercooling I would expect your CPU Load Temps to be in the low 60's. The application of thermal paste can cause your temp to jump up or down a few degrees depending on the amount and thickness but it shouldn't be causing your system to get that hot unless you have WAY to much applied. Make sure your waterblocks are attached tightly. Make sure you have no kinked lines and ALL the air bubbles are removed from the loop. Is your Radiator located in a well ventilated area, if it is in a tightly confined space you may be trying to cool it with Hot Air or it may just be fighting to get any air at all. You may need fans that move more air or if your fans are adjustable you may need to increase the rotation speed to Max. And you may have to many waterblocks in your loop, maybe Burn will show up and have a few ideas for you :D

i might have used too much paste. i applied paste in middle of cpu and tighten and checked for coverage. or is it better to evenly spread paste by hand? theres a screw on my radiator i think its the bleeder. gonna see if theres air in it.. i have a feser 360 rads with 3x 1600rpm slipstreams fancontoller at 100%
the loop consists of the cpu block, EK full board block (NB/SB and VREG) and dual bay reservoir.
how are my VREG temps? it maxed out at 71 celcius.
could it be my voltages are too high like you said? cuz before i was also at 20x200 4ghz and my temps were 60-68 but i failed linx at 7minutes so i upped the voltage to pass linx but got those higher temps of 72-77. gotta check my bleeder, lower the voltages and post again

Until you get your temperatures down to where they should be, you may not be able to lower your VCore.

So long as your Vreg stays below 80C the system should be OK, but with it watercooled I would expect it to stay in the 60's also.

i changed some stuff around and temps went down. cpu max 71 and Vreg max at 64

ok i kept same settings as above and jus raised blk to 200 and passed about 11minutes of linx
