Default I want to build a pc around my 9800 pro.

I want to get the most out of the 9800 pro. And I hoping it will take only $700 to achieve that.

1. Gig of memory a must
2. Amd 3000 processor, is there compatiblity issues though?
3. Motherboard suggestions?

I suggest a socket 939 AMD64. Socket 939 is alot better in various ways. For a good mobo, get a Abit AV8 3rd Eye.
Here the link, its a little over 100$?

Or a Abit AX8, witch is more, but better. Both are absolutely great for OC, and generally. They both come with Abit's Guro OC software.

Heres the think to the AX8.

Finished With TF.

I think the 2nd Mobo is PCI-E only. So here what I got so far.

Processor: Winchester 939 Athlon 64 3000.

Motherboard: 1. MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
2. Abit AV8
3. ASUStek A8V Deluxe
4. GIGABYTE "GA-K8NS Ultra-939"

Power Supply: watts 350ish?

Getting that all barebone would be great. I like the shuttle box. But it doesn't have all 3 componets and AGP. Anyone know some good barebone custom sites?
