Could Some one give me a review on the GIGABYTE "GA-8IPE775-G" i865PE Chipset Motherboard For Intel LGA 775 CPU. Also does anyone have information on the Intel LGA775 Pentium 4 550 3.4 GHz, 800MHz FSB, 1MB L2 Cache, Hyper Threading Technology.

Gigabyte is more of a budget company. They do make good products, but i would go for Asus or Abit.

15'' Macbook Pro
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.16ghz
x1600 128MB
Windows XP/Mac OSX 10.5

No longer a Guru of games...

Moderators don't kill me for suggesting this, but:

those forums right there have EVERYTHING split into sections...a section for nothing but AMD, and underneath that, nothing but processors, nothing but mobos, nothing but overclocking, so they will have an INTEL section then you go to the MOTHERBOARDS section and they have every motherboard listed there....so then you can click on THAT section and ask all you want about that specific board and the people that answer should either know or have the boards themselves.

EDIT: Here's the direct link for the Intel>Motherboards>Gigabyte section....you need to register there first though otherwise it'll just say 'YOU ARENT LOGGED IN'

should be all gigabyte info there
