Alright, just confirm this for me, my 2.7ghz processor is going to 1.4ghz because the PSU is bad? ......what?

What happens to your car when the battery is almost flat? It cranks the engine, but it barely turns over. The same thing is happening with your PC most likely, you don't have enough power that is clean to fuel the GPU and CPU that you have, your going to burn something up in the end.
