The problem with thermaltake cases is that there is not much that you can do with modding them appart from putting other Thermaltake Accessories in.
Like if any thing you could install a hardcano 13 in order to monitor System Temp and Fan Speeds.
Neons on the inside might be a bit of overkill as you allready have the super bright leds.

Okay, the 2 rear 80mm fan grills. Remove them as they tend to product more nose.
And if you get to the front, do the same too.
Unless you are really good, I would not be cutting a clear side panel.
I would be mounting some lighting under the case. I did that with my Full Tower, and at night, it looks SWEET!

I find that sideways PSU mount rather stange. This does limit the number of PSU that you can use that provide effective cooling.
