Aight guys, I've submitted a request for an RMA, ill update you guys on the status and ill tell you guys if it is INDEED the blasted card.
Also, I couldn't overclock it cuz it gives me articafts. I did a test when it was overclocked and my 3DMark03 did improve by 1000pts. As of now, only the vertex shader is enabled. Hopefully the new card that ill be getting is overclockable.
