Default HS/Fan for amd 64

What heatsink/fan would you recomend for an amd athlon 64 4000+? I'm currentley using a akasia silant cooler which is a little toastie under normal clock speeds (44 c idle and around 55-60 whilst playing far cry or doom3).

I was looking at eather 1 of the following 3, the Zalman Fatal1ty FS-C77 CPU Cooler Socket 754/939/940/775/478, the
Gigabyte GH PDU21-MF-G Power, Omnidirection, 4xheatpipe, BlueLED, SolidCopper or the Thermaltake Bettle Heatpipe Socket 775 K7/K8/P4

Those are what i've narrowed it down to, but i am open to sugestions.

Zalman makes some nice heatsinks. Just be sure you get a thermal compound on there.
